OK, so now SA asks you to sign in using your gmail account. When I do I use my hobby gmail account. However, sometimes I'll allow access to gmail for other non hobby accounts and sometimes it will ask me which account I would like to link it to and I see both my personal gmail account and my hobby account. I even saw a gmail account I didn't know I had.

So since some applicatins present both my personal gmail account and my hobby account does that mean someone could trace my hobby account back to me?

I am in Europe for a little are&are and to escape the Richmond summer heat. Currently I'm in Norway where the average daytime temp is in the mid to upper 50's.
