Someone mentioned certain shops getting raided, how do you keep tabs on which shops get raided? I'd like to know which are shops with higher rate of risk, any tips? My logic is that the worse the neighborhood, the less people around it care to complain and bring LE attention to it, plus LE probably too busy with something else. Does that hold true?

I think the ones within the city limits of Portland are pretty safe, because the cops can't even do anything about crimes like burglary or car theft. They are not going to waste their time on what consenting adults are doing in these shops.

Went to the massage place next to Domino's pizza on Cornell and, Its near the Goodwill. My shoulders were huring bad from tugging heavy steel.
