Is why a lot of us are heading to the AMPs these days. What little talent is out there is overpriced for the market or simply unaffordable for many. If you have the 500 to spend fine, but many do not. Plus the scheduling conflicts. There are several FS AMPs now in both Louisville and Cincy, now Richmond, all for under 250, in fact 200-220 will usually get it done. Plus you don't have to schedule, just pull in the lot and an hour later you're on your way again. I think the market is speaking loudly and prices will begin coming down. Hopefully.
