I agree with both. All of those rules are great advice for lower end local girls. However, if you want to try the higher end, especially traveling girls, you will almost always have to do screening. I have said it before and I will say it again, don't think that she looks anywhere near as good as the pictures. She was easy to talk to, sent me info and location and I was on my way.
