Recently noticed the "massage" sign is now off at Top Spa so I did a quick walk by after my daily visit to the liquor store and chicken spot nearby. Saw this posted outside of the door, and I know you jamokes are much smarter than me so dropping this here to help quench my curiosity.

Menlo Group appears to be a commercial real estate company in Tempe at that address. Curious what the reference to Massage 1 and Arrow Spa means.

Best guess is that this is a notice from landlord (either directly or through a property manager) to tenant, and that "Top Spa" isn't the name used on the lease.

You're probably right. Think Top might be cooked otherwise they wouldn't be resorting to envelope taped on the window style of communication. Arrow Spa was an LLC formed in 2022. They probably move the business around every year or two to switch up the risk factor. Landlords may have caught on with some interference or pressure from AZ Licensing department / Feds.

Not sure. I saw her in street clothes and could not tell. I also mix up Mandy and Blue. If I had to place a bet on it I would saw she is not "the" Mandy.

I've been many times. All Asian and all staff is on the older side (55+). All are friendly and give very decent 100% legit massages. And only 100% legit massages. No extras. The design doesn't really support it either as, the rooms are more just partitions with a curtain.

Saw a previous post about a new spot, happened to be near by so stopped in to check it out. Greeted by Mindy and led back to the room. Got comfortable and Mindy came back and began an excellent massage. On the flip discussed activities and settled on a round of wrestling. While waiting for Mindy to get the wrestling suit, Barbara and cici came in to try and convince me to try a 3 on one tag team match. Opted for the one on one for today but honestly couldn't go wrong with any of them. Our match was short lived and fast paced. Mandy is a looker and skilled at what she does so it didn't take long to get me to tap out. Cleaned up and said our goodbyes. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. . 4 to the house and $. 6 for the rest. Current line up is Mandy, Barbara, and Cici. She confirmed shower is operational as well. Have fun.

This was an unusual meetup, in that she answered her phone first time. She then told me to proceed to her part of town, and when I arrived, she talked me to her front door. Its an easy to find single building on Stapley in Mesa. The only really bad thing is she never shuts her mouth hahhaha.

She looked promising. Communication was great and she was cool. Showed up to her in-call which was a nice place. Started at $120 for an hour massage and went downhill from there. Way too much talking about herself and she asked too many questions. YMMV but I'm not there to hear about your life. Kind of a buzzkill for me. Massage was lackluster and incomplete. Extras were priced above anything I would ever consider with her. She is not into GFE and quoted me 6 $ for FS. Nope. Attempted L1 but she started complaining about her hand. She was not accommodating or even sensual. Don't waste your time or money.
