Well like you said, it's subjective. So what you might consider pretty might be different to every other guy. Now service wise that's different. So you'll just have to read up on the forums, or look on TER for reviews of their services.

Looks wise if that is going to be important, I would say dim the lights in the room if you are disappointed. Most of the K-agencies the curtains anyway so even during the day, it's pretty dark with only one if not two lamps in the room. Plus they might not be wearing much makeup if any so again be prepared for the bare face look.
