Nothing is for sure but I believe raids will require willingness and cooperation of local authorities. The jurisdiction boundaries out there are a patchwork. While it may not technically be a problem from purely a legal standpoint, continuing to have the business name (and especially the storefront signage) say the word Massage seems like they'd just be ASKING for some politician or morality (wh)activist to provide them with unwanted attention and harrassment.

In any case, this is interesting indeed. If it flies, I'd be looking for every other AMP to follow suit! Boy! ... that's really gonna piss off the (f)lawmakers in Tallahassee! LOL!
