Next time try slowly driving past her in the same direction as she appears to be walking. Pull over and park. If she's looking for a date she'll approach your car. When she's close lean over and unlock the door for her. If she's not looking for a date she'll keep going. If she gets in ask her if she needs a ride. Follow the general script.

I ran into this girl the other day she was having trouble walking. Ran into her up by Morello Park came up to the car started talking to me. Seems like she's had some hard times told her I have a walking cane she said she might want. Forgot to get her number. Not sure if anyone has contact info.

You can find it on the corner of Hurley and Font Hill Ave, right off of Wilkens Ave. You'll see many of them eating doughnuts in black and white cars. Some reason many have an insignia of "BPD", whatever that means.
