My personal experience is they were very loose and open with it I remember one day "Say-tuh" or however you say her name. Opened the door naked with a robe on that was untied I was like WTF!

Stopped in to Gold Star last week, late afternoon one day. That's pretty harsh, yes she babbles a lot, she is friendly and safe though. She has some sort of head injury but is coherent and if I didn't know and saw her in public I'd think she's just overly nice.
