I wrote this report ages ago. It's sad to see that most of these girls are gone, although Alex seems to be making a return. I hope it sticks for the sake of the club and the hobby because this girl is truly mythical. I started seeing Sabrina and Daisy shortly after this report was posted otherwise they would be on this list too. I think Sabrina was the best dancer of them all.

I started writing this report a while but didn't finish it until now. It's a little dated with Bella gone and Aria reducing her hours. Still a good read. I hope you guys can contribute your experiences too.

Aria, Bella and Roxy.

To me, Aria, Bella and Roxy are the prettiest dancers at Synn. I was in awe when I met them and was fortunate enough to spend time with them. Here's my report on their individual highlights and attributes. This is not a comparison report because there is no such thing as comparing people.

Looks: Aria is a petite girl with a nice face and radiant smile. On most nights Aria would be the one of the top lookers. Her body is tight and athletic, with porcelain skin, light complexion and perfect T&A. Without shoes on, Aria is tiny but she has a long proportionate body that makes her gorgeous figure stand out from anywhere in the room. Bella is unquestionably the prettiest girl at Synn. She looks better every time I see her. She got a nice natural body to touch. Bella has a really pretty cookie. I would always sit at the front when she's dancing on stage to get a closer look at that exquisite thing. Roxy has the exotic looks that guys look for in a stripper. Whenever she's on the stage, she'll capture the attention of the entire floor. She also got nice bouncy butt that I always forget about because she looks so damn good from the front.

Availability: If you're not a regular, then Aria is the one to talk to. She treats everyone equally and she is interested in meeting people. She's a very friendly and good hearted girl. Roxy would stop to talk to new people but she is very brief and will move on fast if she senses that the conversation won't result into a lap dance. She told me she always has at least one regular on the floor waiting for her and she doesn't want to waste her time with people that are not ready to commit. Bella is the toughest one. On busy nights, she won't even make eye contact with anyone. She'll just go straight to her regulars and in to the VIP. Fun: I had dreams that I regularly have fun with them. Right off the bat Aria is the most generous. She surprised when she first agreed because I know she normally doesn't do this. Some of you might remember this religious talk show on TV years ago, the 700 Club. There is now the 500 Club at Synn. It's become the default ask for certain girls who think they are a notch above the rest of the pack.

Lola was sweet and friendly with me and gave a good lap dance. So I took her to VIP without discussing details (yeah, yeah.) In the back she wanted 600 for FS or 400 for a BJ. Curious as to who's prettier: Lola or Ariel?

Don't recall I ever seen lola (just looking at her rollcall pic doesn't look very enticing to me,) neither does ariel's rollcall pic, but have experienced ariel after seeing her. I like the spinner petite size. FS starts at 5 but negotiable. But not sure I'd repeat her, Alot more other enthusiastic girls.

BTW, anyone ever ask for a dancers pic? Some of them don't have social media (or say they don't have social media) nor a facial pic on the roll call, but I just like to save pics for "reminiscing" for home use LOL.

Interesting...my thought process is the opposite; I'm sure clubs think "the more girls, the better." even if they're just laying around on the couches on their phones. I'm sure all of us have been there at 1 point; you're waiting for your favorite dancer and she's nowhere to be found, it's 1:30am and there's 30min left...you see a girl you're not there for but she looks decent or interesting and bam, you ask her for a dance. That 1 hour drive doesn't seem like a complete loss...the club and dancer made some more money = everyone's happy.

Been in that situation many times, Making that hour drive while watching the roll call, as it fills up into 10 pm, while trying to think who I might want to see before going in. While trying to keep 1-2 dancers in mind. Sometimes no one on the roll call interest me but I already made the drive, might as well go in. And fair enough, some I never paid attention to, look pretty good. Or time flys by and its already 1:30 and I haven't seen anyone I want a dance with yet.

But when they post on IG / onegc about 40+ girls at night, it does make it more tempting to go there vs other clubs.

Now if synn would just upgrade the place and have 2 stages and size like imperials in Anaheim, I think it would be better. But I doubt they would do anything, its a quick buck why improve it? Go in, get what you want, and get out LOL.

Does anyone know if Synn has a minimum shift duration? DejaVu had a 5 hour minimum back in the day but that was before employee status kicked in.

If they do, they're pretty lax about enforcing it. I've talked to dancers and if they feel like clocking out very early they'll make up excuses like "I'll tell them my stomach hurts. I have a headache. I have cramps, etc. " and management is pretty cool about letting them out early. I get the vibe that for the most part everyone who works at Synn is pretty content / happy and they want to keep those vibes / not make any waves. This is in very stark contrast to SR, where the infamous Melissa has cultivated a "walking on eggshells" vibe amongst the dancers and doormen. To her credit maybe she's getting pressure from corporate / drop in revenue. But I don't think the other male management at SR COI give off the same vibes to the girls so who knows.

Most girls are pretty good at staying most of the shift (6:30 pm-2 am) with some clocking out at 1 am-1:30 am.

You'll see 99% of all dancers who'll work that shift by about 10:15 pm.

The exceptions that come to mind that come in very late and only stay for only 1-3 hours are Catherine and Roxy. I'm sure all they need to make their shift worthwhile is 1-3 whales.

SR incentivizes girls to come in early (I'm unsure of the pay scheme but it's something like if you come in at 6:30 pm for nightshift you don't have to pay the house fee. Every hour or 2 you pay more and more up to $140? I forget.) I don't know if Synn has the same scheme.

I can't imagine clubs wanting to have dancers hanging around doing nothing just to finish out a shift.

They are very good at putting dancers on the roll-call only when they actually arrive. However you should be aware they do not take dancers off the roll call. Also if a dancer shows up at 4 pm they will be shown on day shift, and if they are still there when night shift begins (7? They will be copied to the night shift. You mentioned being there pretty late, so it would be common for a number of dancers to have left by then. Also they show up on the RC when they arrive at the club, not when they finally show up on the floor. That delay can easily be 30-45 minutes while they are getting dressed and doing makeup.

Pretty much stayed till the end of the night because none of the girls I was interested in were free. Granted I got there after midnight. I had the same 2 older milfs come up to me like 5 times within 2 hours. One spoke just Spanish and pretty much just asked everyone for VIP. They either forget really fast or they never got the hint the second time. One of them even got to me before an 8 was approaching. The good part is though I saw this girl with dyed hair and dark lipstick on stage my type. Tipped her on stage and she found me shortly after to thank me plus offer a dance. Almost as a good of a trip from Thursday. It starts getting packed at 11 pm and seats start disappearing. Thursday night had its up and downs with quality but Vikky was one of the best deals I ever got. We did the BOGO 20 $ special and it was probably the best deal out there. This was a great follow up to horrible dance I had with this chick Demi (I got her name from the roll call cause she never introduced her name), she was a thick girl. I declined but she kept on pushing the tip saying she knew I had the money and takes Apple Pay.
