I've never used the site so I pulled up a few of my other frequent cities and low and behold, found them again. I assumed it must be a scam and really, its not my thing anyway for many reasons.

Kent County has shown that hey will tolerate some activity as long as you follow some of the basic rules like a massage license. Many parlors have been open for a long time, but when the girls try to set something new and unlicensed, they get shutdown. Britt with Bodies By Us, Hunter's Den, and now Milan's Just Divine.
