"Communism", among other things, is a system in which wealth is shared and the government owns the means of production. Biden's desires for free education, free healthcare, free cellphones, free housing for migrants, etc, etc could certainly be considered socialistic, if not communistic, because they necessitate taking assets from the people to "share" the wealth. Fifteen years ago, I parked my vehicle outside an AMP. There were two patrol cars parked in the lot. I ascended the outside stairs and knocked. The door opened. Second encounter.

A police officer can ask you simple questions, like name, birthdate, hair color, where you are going / coming room, etc. If an officer asks you something that could potentially get you into trouble, they must read you your rights first. Any information gathered before your rights are given Can be inadmissible in court. Many people do not know this. If they start asking you questions about anything That could get you into trouble, answer them. Once you refuse to answer, you look guilty and they may go ahead and cuff you.
