It's best to ignore them, don't engage or respond. IMO, it's better not to threaten them, just become nothing to them and they'll go away.

I will add, if possible you could share her information or ad, and help out other members of the board, but I noticed that's not your strong suit. That's ok. At this point it part of becoming nothing to them, and not antagonizing them. They will go away.
