I've been reading through all the advice you have been given and agree with everyone except the most recent one. The first thing you need to do is get better OpSec (someone else mentioned this). If you were using your own personal cell number, stop doing that. Ask yourself what they really got on you? Do they have your address where you live? Do they have any personal contacts of yours?
