I'll shave nuts and surrounding region with a razor a day before. I also trim my beard, do the back of my neck and use a trimmer I got at Ross on my nose hair and ears. Funny how hair starts to grow in all sorts of places it never used to as you get into middle age. Also, not to be gross, try to use a bidet or something equivalent if you've gone for #2 beforehand. Better to be clean and fresh with no lingering odors. I'll even run some deodorant around the groin area on the morning of. I leave my chest hair be.

Talking as someone in the last third of his life, try and take care of yourself and don't let yourself go. You may never be that strong virile twenty-something you once were, but diet and exercise can go a long way to staving off decline. The funny thing is if I wasn't in the hobby, I probably wouldn't care as much about all this, so I guess you could say I'm really doing this for my mental and physical wellbeing LOL.

Can you be a little more specific about defining "well-groomed" crotch? Like are you going full on hairless? Do you use "manscaping" tools?

Hygiene has come up form time to time, but grooming goes along with it.

Ideally I get to the Spa right from the shower and ready to play. I prefer to be a first customer or at least a morning customer before the lunch rush. If not straight from the shower I always stop by bathroom before my session to get everything cleaned up. Women can smell the soap down there, and feel you are clean, especially if you're a monger seeking bare action.

Grooming it up to the individual, but if you like a lot of teasing, I've noticed the less hair seem to improve their readiness to tease. I enjoy the lifestyle too, so I'm well groomed. I'm sure it helps with my AMP visits too. Just my two cents. YMMV.

I had an exposure this morning (for a brief moment like 5 seconds and the girl told me she regularly tested full panel monthly). But I am not taking any risk. My primary doctor is retired now. I always tested myself and received a treatment after any exposure.

I am looking for a recommendation. Preferable online if possible to start a treatment but I have to get a baseline prior to and after the treatment. (The last time I was in this situation about 7 years ago, I went to UCSD emergency and it took too long. They run a lot of other blood tests, etc. And it was expensive too)..

I just want to share some helpful information for those who is not willing to risk after exposure (even the risk is close to 0. Risk is a risk for contracting a HIV virus).

I contacted UCSD (Owen Clinics) and they explained about a program they have (even with a private insurance). That program helped me pay $0 for the medicines, and a program co-ordinartor.

Said the program would cover the testing and consultation if there is any co-pay or out-of-pocket expense. I don't know anything about being anonymous to use the program though.
