I've seen plenty of bachelor parties have a good time. Given their behavior, some intoxicant was consumed before arrival. Obnoxious behavior (due to intoxication or personality disorder) can get one ejected. Some dancer's sometimes perform under the influence but their careers are short if they overindulge. Some time ago, one shared a flask by spitting shots into my mouth (not at Pan's).

Kittens has a bar / restaurant behind a shared wall. Customers commonly have drinks before walking around to enter the club.

I think its actually the waitress's primary responsibility to post for the club. It's a secondary role compared to taking care of customers who are in the club (taking the cover charge fees, bringing drinks, clearing tables, etc.) But they are trying to hire some right now. Noticed once the "now hiring" ads started the frequency of posts have gone down.
