You could also download google chrome or any other browser and use that for usag, that what I started doing since the red screen popped up.

I get the same thing on my ipad. I was using a proxy server for a while, but now that doesn't work.

When you see the red screen pop-up and then disappear, slowly swipe all the way left and to see the entire red screen again it will finally go where you wanted. You'll have to swipe every time and it won't work if you're zoomed in. Yeah it's a pain in the ass but it works..
