Buttress, I went there two nights ago actually, really late at night, the mamasan running the place texts quite late and throughout the day to push you to go through and see the girls. I went a week ago and it's not a Legt place, it's a condo, there's no table shower, just a standing shower. And they recommend 4 hand body rubs, they don't speak English and they only take cash.

The service provider is Chinese, doesn't look very good, so I left without paying.

Sandra is very fluent, but also very hard to understand sometimes. Cecila is speaks pretty good English also. She had left for a while but I heard she was back, thought haven't seen her in a bit. No question Gabby is the most fluent and easiest to understand. Her English is pretty flawless.

Their service or massage skills are better than Best Therapeutic.

Their facilities are better than Best Therapeutic.

Providers are better than Best Therapeutic (old provider, No korean).

Best has frequent police raids and massage license inspections.

If I had to choose between the two, I would recommend Yam's Spa.

Sandra does see clients. Sometimes when you call and ask who is available she will not say she is. Likewise when you show up as a walk in she will not say she is available. You have to ask for her. Being the owner she likes to give the work to her girls, but she is absolutely available if you ask.
