Yam's Spa is located in the same building as Best Therapeutic.

Their service or massage skills are better than Best Therapeutic.

Their facilities are better than Best Therapeutic.

Providers are better than Best Therapeutic (old provider, No korean).

Best has frequent police raids and massage license inspections.

If I had to choose between the two, I would recommend Yam's Spa.

I thought I reviewed her awhile back, I see her mainly once or twice a year. Her service once you get your foot through the door is really good IMO. The hardest part is setting up an appointment with her. She can be a bit weird to text, she responds infrequently and I think it's due to her being busy with her other job. If she sniffs any sort of funky business she will ghost you. She runs a legit practice on the side in an office / school building in Tysons / Falls church. However I've had to use multiple numbers to successfully book with her, because she will accuse you of time wasting if the moon and stars aren't aligned on that particular day. In the past I've been more than cordial in texts and time sensitive to respond and she'd 180 on me with a bad attitude. It could be a bi-polar thing, not sure.

She's a heavier set woman, not the person in the pictures, she has a lot of 'cake' as the younger generations might say.
