Early morning before 7, traffic is minimal, about 7 it picks up with kids going to school and people to work. I like to hit Garrison, either early am, 430 am-630 am. I always see something nice that I don't see in the daytime. Also around 9-10 am, a few nice looking younger girls are out, they want a little more but I've had good luck with that.

I also do think Special K is using something a little stronger than xylazine but everything else you said about her is true, hence the 'Special'.
