So I've now visited 2 AMPs that are configured very differently than typical. As somebody else mentioned, 200 (house fee + gratuity) is generally accepted in many Seattle-area AMPs for a massage with extras: those extras might include FS. Whether your session lasts 15 minutes or 60 minutes, YMMV, and a careful review of online resources can help set expectations.
