I was informed that LEO can get you even with VPN. If a crime is committed and as you mentioned, bad enough, they can get those who run the VPN systems to give up information on you. Now the thing about ISPs is it doesn't give you an exact location of where you are, but gets them close enough it can tell them general geographical locations, zip codes, etc.

Vpn just mask your information from companies, and their competitors. State & federal can always "request" information. There's only a few companies who would fight big bro over protection of data, and if they was a country they would be in top 10 gdp LOL. Yet. If you know an IT buddy or someone versed in programs they could make a program or mod a phone to bounce your signal around to randomly. Tis why all these VPN services are subscription base, the ones that are free don't do anything. They will always have your information if you do some dicey shid. Noone wants the liability of creating a program that can't track the users data.

You need to show you tried everything in your power to de-escalate.

Another thing, if she is going to give you a massage in your car, she needs to know that you need to move to a location away from her familiar setting. Do not see her near her location. Before she gets into your car, this has to be agreed upon beforehand. And I am a fan of not giving them any donation for their time until the massage is done. If she refuses, walk! The first one is friends with the second one (Anna) and I had 2 dreams with her and honestly not worth the coins back then and definitely what she's trying to charge now.
