Have been to 7 Star Spa twice now. Don't know where that name comes from because the front says "Massage you". But the address is the same, Springdale close to Hooters. I've made the trip to Louisville a few times already and it's about the best you can get without going to a much larger city if you are looking for something more than HE or basic FS from a small amount of AMPs in the area. Plenty more options there, both in places and on the menu.
