I am puzzled. You have very few posts and are new to our forum. Why are you so adamant about paying first in the face of so many high post seniors urging the opposite? One might almost think you are actually a Dragon Lady trying to shift our community norms. If so, good luck with that!

Back in the good ol' days (prior to Fosta and the Backpage shutdown) it was normal for a provider to ask for references which were always other providers. They mostly all knew each other. Occasionally, someone would post about a provider who would not offer a reference and would instead call the monger and ask why he was not coming to see HER. That was always a red flag. It generally led to a serious drop in their business. It also would cause other providers to shun her. If your regular is a pro, she should not mind.

You are new to the arena and it is not unusual for guys to catch feelings for a regular. That can be normal. You could ask for a duo with one of her friends and afterwards bring up seeing the friend (only) again at a later date.

Depends on the provider.

I have paid before and I have paid after. If the lady requires that I pay first I will do it if I want to continue. If not I will give her a kiss and s hug and 40 to cover the cost of her time.

If I pay before I might lose (correct spelling or word) some money or get bad service so I will not return and I will leave a bad report.

If I get good service I will return and give a good report.

I believe there is little correlation between when you pay and the service provided. I do not like paying first because of the possibility of getting in a sting. That is why it is important to stick with a good lady once you find her.

This is hard for us to say. I say ask her if she is ok with it. You pay her for her time. She sees other mongers. If she is ok with it you win because you get more ladies. There is no commitment in this game. If she is not ok with it you might want to look for someone else.
