In addition to collectively blacklisting the thieves, I think those of us who've been robbed / scammed by them should report them to payment app companies (if they use them). If enough of us report people like Bri it 'll probably increase the chances of the companies taking action. This could prevent the shady providers from ripping people off in the future.
