So these agencies should just allow themselves to get completely busted and go to prison for multiple years because you don't want to go through some sort of security checks? To piggyback on this, last time I went so SDAG (several years ago) they had me wait in the parking garage for a car to go through the gate then I went through after. Is this still the system?

SDAG has 3 locations. 2 with easy street parking and 1 with an open parking structure so no gate to go through to park. There is a gate to walk through to get to the apartment, but recently it hasn't been locked. But when it was they would give you a code to dual for someone to open it remotely unlike FEC where you have to wait for someone to open it to get in.

Want to know if a photo is accurate? Try images. Google to search. Here you will find that Nicole worked in Rhode Island as Chloe.
