Not worth the 6 house fee and 8 for L1.

QQ / Lotus still much better for the rates and what you get.

On Lane south the San Juan, sounds like Evergreen Spa. I've tried them only once and my visit wasn't similar to your experience. Glad you enjoyed the place. Not the best surroundings.
