Appreciate the info and after a half hour of trying to get past the auto chat assistant with the same question, I'm glad you all are around. Think I'll try the begging for forgiveness rather than asking for permission at this point. And a Docs note. Lord knows after pickleball I need a good therapy sesh!!

I would say not to ask random strangers on the internet, and instead talk to the HSA issuing company or your HR department to see what is actually available. A quick Google search shows it's possible you would need a prescription from your doctor to allow for the reimbursement / card payment. And make sure you get detailed receipts!

Allowed as part of your medical deduction portion but you'd need to exceed the roughly 6% of your AGI I believe it is and that needs to be over your standard deduction. So likely no as a straight deduction. If you get someone to take your HSA card for massage that's different but leaves a nice trail in case things go bad for the therapist.

I've been there before a couple of years ago and its strictly on the up and up. No happiness there. They advertise on groupon before. The massage is very good. I believe I saw men and women massage therapist there working.
