It's been over a year but sounds like it hasn't changed much. ALL AMPs require house fee up front. 40 tip is average for HE, though exceptional service may be 10 or 20 more.

Sounds like you pulled the plug way too early and missed out on the OTC roaming, mutual massage, breast play which usually you need to initiate (though not always}.

That's about average for me. I rarely give more unless it was really good / feeling generous. But honestly, I'd head north to NS, or nw to RL, you'd pay the same, but better MTs there. In my experience at various locations, OTF the amount is agreed upon, but not received until the massage is done. I kinda always want the foot rub afterwards, but I never get it, just get the head massage. I guess I should probably ask for the foot rub instead.
