That's not an overpay, 40 is the standard tip. But many places will do more teasing before the flip, I wouldn't like if they just went straight to the flip without any teasing. The teasing is the best part in my opinion. Between that and the lady being older and heavier, I'll probably pass on this place. It's been over a year but sounds like it hasn't changed much. ALL AMPs require house fee up front. 40 tip is average for HE, though exceptional service may be 10 or 20 more.

That's about average for me. I rarely give more unless it was really good / feeling generous. But honestly, I'd head north to NS, or nw to RL, you'd pay the same, but better MTs there.
