It is because the City of Columbus requires licensing for both the business and the masseuses. It is much easier to open in these other locations, a lot less red tape and no background checks.

Just curious what your guys opinions are on the best time to visit. I normally try to avoid the weekend but I think I might try to hit up white Rose this weekend. I'm also considering serene to try somewhere new.

I generally think the best time is when Jr tells me it's time.

I don't get why obvious AMPs relocate to busy strip malls in growing upper middle class suburbs when there are multiple empty office parks around.
