Wow this is weak.

The first suspect, 48-year-old Yuzhu Qin, was arrested for performing a massage without a license.

The second suspect, 46-year-old Shaohong Lu, was arrested for frequenting a bawdy house, also known as a brothel.

Officials say 51-year-old Xiuhe Li, was arrested for performing a massage without a license.

Third person charged is also a Chinese lady. The report cited abbreviated the offense to "frequent." while the actual charge in the court system is "reside. " VA code listed uses "keeping, residing in or frequenting" in a way that would fit someone acting as MMS at the time.

The massage business is slowing down. I hear it a lot from the places that I visit. I believe that is why there is so much price gunching going on at some places and expanded menus at others. . Lots of similarities to the car industry. I expect there will be a lot of consolidation in both industries this year. Massage parlors are over saturated in this area. Please give your business to one's playing the long game of fair prices and good service.
