If you go back to the January posts about their visit by Uncle LEO, someone claimed a pissed monger ratted them out by writing a tip to the CPD SVU, which does not exist (At least by that acronym). But if this guy threw out terms like human / sex trafficking, rather than prostitution / solicitation, it's likely someone followed up. Possibly CPD referred it over to the county. And even though nothing happened during that January visit doesn't mean they weren't still under investigation. Who knows, that could all be BS. Its less finding the "Perfect" first time and more me not being the unfortunate sucker that happened to be getting his dick sucked when something like this happens.
