Yes, I do recall Eurospa and what made my visits there memorable was that the ladies were Russian. My last trip was in 2000 with Loova and Tatyanna, but you had to be careful about noise because the walls were paper thin. Great spot, fond memories.

If I get that far, I promise I will make a copy of the MP ads pages from 15-20 years ago and post it here. Some of those ads were AMPs that had "grand opening" banners for years! There were non-Asian MPs as well. Anyone remember H&H Flotation?

I remember the "grand opening" description in so many ads. I also saw that whenever a spa changed hands.

I don't recall too many American MP's in Northern Virginia, but there were plenty in the Maryland suburbs. There was one particular blonde Caucasian provider (I believe her name was Vicki or Vicky) whom I visited at spas in Bethesda, Burtonsville, and Silver Spring before my last visit with her at an American place in Waldorf. I am sure we all remember our first AMP experience. For me it was Downtown Spa (1018 Vermont Ave) tucked up on the fourth floor above a restaurant. The ad reads, "Nr. 15th St. Btwn. K & L. Washington 10 am 2 am," and the ladies were great. I have no recollection of DC before Mayor-for-life (Marion Barry), but once he left office it was Mayor Anthony Williams' (the bowtie) P and B Abatement Act of 2004 that ruined this valuable service for us. Some young guys collected baseball cars, for me it was keeping track of each new AMP that popped-up in the Washington Post. The Adult Services section of the CityPaper was a good source too. Located on the back pages of such local papers, this is where we got the terms BackPage and BedPage.

I remember the ads in the Washington Post and the City Paper, although a lot of them were for American spas.

My first MP visit of any kind was to Silkflowers, an American MP west of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in the mid 1990's. It changed hands soon afterward and became known as Jody's TLC, which operated until it burned down roughly 15-20 years ago. My first visit to an Asian parlor was either in downtown Philadelphia or its New Jersey suburbs if I remember correctly. (I used to travel a lot around the mid-Atlantic in the mid and late 1990's.) I also frequented some American and Eastern European MP's in Montgomery and Howard counties in Maryland before their respective crackdowns began.

I'm trying to remember when I first visited a Northern Virginia Asian MP. It was perhaps 25 years ago. But I preferred individual massage providers, whether American or Asian, until they became hard to find and too expensive.

I've been there a number of times since they first opened but not lately. Have seen a variety of women there from attractive to well not. Always a decent massage, usually only OTC roaming followed by a HJ. May have had one take her top off years ago. Cindy sounds like an upgrade. Knowing the going rate at the time, I always tipped $40 but don't recall any of the ladies asking for a specific tip or complaining. That is actually happening in many AMPs now. When I go to a place without the HE, I tip $20-$30 depending on rapport and quality and sometimes do 90 minutes. I would feel guilty about only tipping this lady $20 for the service you got.

For a legit massage at an Asian place I tip 20.

A HJ requires no more physical work than a decent massage, sometimes less. If an older lady wearing sweats with no makeup-up or hairdo is willing to stroke Jr in place of massaging my back for a 20 tip than I am Ok with that to. In return she knows I may become a regular and provide her more business. I am a semi-regular at three places using that model. Time Therapy, Moonriver Wellness, and TK Tina (25 tip with Tina).

It's the AMPs that greet you with a provocatively dressed, flirting provider showing cleavage and ass who grabs you ass and doesn't mind a tit grope before getting in the room that command a 40,50, or 60 tip for a HJ knowing they are also providing sex appeal, IOP, dirty talk, and UTC roaming.

For me, if a provider is just doing a HJ then I am normally thinking about someone else. If she has good technique then I am OK with her not spending time and effort just trying to turn me on to her. If I really wanted her I would be paying for more action than just a HJ.
