If you can still get a membership from submitting a couple reviews, would be worth it. But I would not pay for it if they charge now. Only gets a few LA area club reviews a week. Many members are protective about revealing exact names and dollar amounts so you may actually get less info there compared to here even though it's behind a paywall. It has a lot active info on the TJ scene if that is your thing.

I was never a big fan of their review for membership policy. There were a lot of people posting fake reviews or ones with no real useful information just to keep their membership. I remember after HT closed and before Monarch opened, couple people actually wrote reviews of the club while it was getting remodeled.

I mean, how could owners / management tell though? I doubt they have a pimp list. I'm sure they have some sort of 'banned' list of patrons who acted unruly (too drunk, disrespectful to staff / dancers, passed fake bills (yes I've seen it on the floor LOL), etc).

As long as these pimps didn't misbehave and spent money (cover, drinks, 1's on stage) they'd be treated like any other customer.

Now if they're seen collecting cash from the girls, backhanding girls then sure.

My response was to a post about two AA men who parked across the street and who periodically went in and out of the club. IMHO, that kind of behavior would like to draw LE attention if allow to continue.

What exactly does a "pimp" do in 2024? Is it closer to being a model agent or human trafficking? If a girl is half way good looking and has half a brain you would assume they can manage this stuff themselves and not have to split the profits. I never understood the rumor that the old GPS crew had some guy they reported to.

For transparency I don't think Nyoko herself has a pimp / pimps; I was just asking Mr. Biker how would club owners / management even know how to decipher who's a pimp or not.

To answer your question; I guess it can be both. On one hand you've got good-looking, ditzy girls with a "normal" upbringing (in the suburbs, 1 or both parents are working-class, etc.) who just need a little direction and guidance = gravitate towards model agent type pimps.

On the other hand you've got girls with rough starts (parents are drug dealers / prostitutes themselves, etc), born in the ghettos / no direction = gravitate towards human trafficking type pimps.

BTW I'm not saying pimps are the norm in these clubs; in fact I think dancers with pimps is a minority, IMO.

Don't underestimate how lazy girls can get Mr. Roland; from my experience most good-looking girls are LAAAAZYYY.

If you tell a man he can make $1,000/ hr he'll never sleep and just keep working. If you tell a woman she can make $1,000/ hr she'll think "oh yay I only have to work 3 hours a week!" and just party and be lazy LOL.

A chick can make $3 k / month by herself, or $5 k (split $10 k 50/50) with a model agent type pimp who gets her calendar organized, motivates her, encourages her, keeps her mind straight, keeps her spirits up when she's got a bad month so she doesn't quit altogether, etc.

The running joke with OF girls is this...what separates an OF girl making a few grand per month from an OF girl making a few HUNDRED grand per month? The OF girl probably has her boyfriend or husband running her page.

There's a recent review on TUSCL from a guy who dumped $800 on a VIP with Catherine at Synn. Made it sound like he had no choice. Her performance better be Asa Akira level for that. Good reminder that despite all the excellent advice on this forum, there are still fools out there caving into GPS and wrecking the market.

I remember when they brought in the biggest names and I would watch the first stage show and then the second I would go get dances since their songs were longer LOL good times. Getting lap dances with some of the featured stars that offered it for like $50 a song was fun too like Kaylani lei.

I mean aren't all the clubs hurting in general because of OF, in general the porn industry is down because girls are just creating their own videos creating passive income and cutting out the middleman / production studios. In my opinion the main thing Synn has going for it are the abundance of girls working on any given shift and their Thursday special days of $80 VIP, but the girls in terms of looks are just average. Spearmint in my opinion has the edge in being cleaner, no drink minimum and for the most part don't hire any girl, don't really see any gorditas there.
