If you can still get a membership from submitting a couple reviews, would be worth it. But I would not pay for it if they charge now. Only gets a few LA area club reviews a week. Many members are protective about revealing exact names and dollar amounts so you may actually get less info there compared to here even though it's behind a paywall. It has a lot active info on the TJ scene if that is your thing.

Is that forum worth the VIP? Seems like maybe more detailed reviews on there I might check it out. Or is it more active here? This page being a public site, I'm sure some reviews aren't too detailed to not expose ones self.

There's a recent review on TUSCL from a guy who dumped $800 on a VIP with Catherine at Synn. Made it sound like he had no choice. Her performance better be Asa Akira level for that. Good reminder that despite all the excellent advice on this forum, there are still fools out there caving into GPS and wrecking the market.

What exactly does a "pimp" do in 2024? Is it closer to being a model agent or human trafficking? If a girl is half way good looking and has half a brain you would assume they can manage this stuff themselves and not have to split the profits. I never understood the rumor that the old GPS crew had some guy they reported to.

While others here like about pointless dancers I will give another synopsis of when I last went to synn.

I remember when they brought in the biggest names and I would watch the first stage show and then the second I would go get dances since their songs were longer LOL good times. Getting lap dances with some of the featured stars that offered it for like $50 a song was fun too like Kaylani lei.

Also some of the hot dancers back then during the pornstar era didn't do extras but it was fun chasing it. I remember dancing with someone for 6 months and never even got a HJ and then after a year of dancing with someone else she finally offered. Sometimes dreams do come true.

I mean aren't all the clubs hurting in general because of OF, in general the porn industry is down because girls are just creating their own videos creating passive income and cutting out the middleman / production studios. In my opinion the main thing Synn has going for it are the abundance of girls working on any given shift and their Thursday special days of $80 VIP, but the girls in terms of looks are just average. Spearmint in my opinion has the edge in being cleaner, no drink minimum and for the most part don't hire any girl, don't really see any gorditas there. Crazy how SR recently upped their price though to $22, reminds me of Vegas clubs including tax in their cover like $44.82 or something like that.

It's crazy they hike their prices when guys are leaving for other clubs. I remember back in the day when Bob's Classy ladies did the same thing. The more customers they lost, the more they would charge in a desperate attempt to make up the lost in profits. The higher the price went the more customer left. It was slow painful death for them.

Sort of hard to justify $180 for 20 min VIP at SRCOI vs getting a full 30 min at Synn. I would think they could lower their prices to be a bit more competitive with synn while still keeping that classier image. But if say SR did struggle and go out, it could probably effect synn as well?

If I was to have a night out with the fellas, I'd be more inclined to bring them to synn for the experience LOL, its hard to beat 40+ girls on a night.

Actually, the $180 is a special. Their usual price for a Rhino Room is $220 for 20 min. SRCOI Rhino Room prices fluctuates with their daily specials. I think the lowest you can get is $170 for 20 min. There are also a bunch of specials for the retreats too. Although I don't remember what they are. It's been such a long time since I've been to SRCOI that I can't even remember what the difference between the retreats and Rhino room are. I assume it the same difference between the $120 and $180 VIP at Synn. They also have a $100 daytime special "VIP", but ad doesn't say if that a retreat or a room, or how long.

I agree they need to keep their pricing down to be more competitive with Synn and Paradise. Bring down the prices permanently and cut all the confusing daily special. Maybe have one weekly specials like most clubs. SRI has always been caught up with their "high class gentleman image" to react quickly to changing conditions. It took them years before they started to do specials to keep with Synn and DVCOI at the time.

I've read a lot of reviews here about GPS and dancers asking for a f* ton of money. I can personally say I have definitely spent a grip specifically on suki and Alyssa back when they were still working girls....

But I do respect someone who can admit and accept that they were overpaying wildly as a conscious choice. As always, I respect the Crew for their hard work ethic, their looks (and maintenance of same over the years), etc. It's their right, to pursue the sucker segment of the market. I partook early in each's career, but once (twice with Alyssa at HT) was enough because I felt the vibe and could get comparable fun for 1/2, or less as time went on. Girls with comparable bodies and lower prices generally didn't stay in the business as long as Nadia and her progeny The Crew, though; it was often random one and dones. Took work to find, but hunting is fun.
