I think we are talking about 2 different Vivian's. I was responding to one that works out of Sakura, a nonFS spa. This Vivian used to also worked out and had a tight body and backside but is starting to look more pudgy from years back.

That's for one hour. I try to aim for 60-70 HF and about 140 for FS tip. This usually doesn't get any pushback in my experience.
