Yea, it's all basic supply and demand realities. However. There is a small problem with using hourly rates as an example. Hourly wages downtown is using are for folks that work a full week at those rates. Providers may state a rate / hr. But it is not an hourly wage spread out over a 40 hr week. Is a fee for a service. And that fee is subject to supply and demand.

Trust me I love girls and cars and I've been in this hobby for a long time. For example if people stopped paying $100,000 for the first generation BMW M3 (e30). That does 0 to 60 in like eight freaking seconds. Then maybe the prices would come down. It's the same with girls. It really is. I know two seeking arrangements girls that were charging $300. I have them down to $50 now. Why?? Because business is slow and $50 an hour. I mean come on do you know anyone that makes $50 per hour? Maybe a doctor or a lawyer??
