I'm sure you remember this video a while back that clearly shows the risk level. I doubt these thugs just put the guns away after this news report. Others here have reported that.

Many reasons these thugs do this. The front runner is they are keenly aware the victim likely will not report the incident to the police given their reason to visit the location. That and the fact the victim is behind closed doors with no witnesses. Anything can and will happen. That's a risky situation to place oneself in to be with a woman they probably don't know.
