In the afternoon, I-4 westbound is a parking lot from right where "World Drive" (mile-marker 62) dumps huge volumes of traffic from Magic Kingdom/Epcot/etc. onto west-bound I-4, creating quite a bottleneck of merging traffic. The sorry thing about all that is that, for whatever reason, the Transportation-Wizards responsible for planning traffic flow seem to have failed to provide enough alternate routes or roadways for that traffic. Anyway, you're gonna hit delays almost any time of day or night, unless you want to travel between midnight and 6am, then get breakfast at Denny's until the AMPs start opening up around 9am. LOL!
