Sorry this happened to ya, man. I had similar experience with Lucky last month (minus the complaining about the size. Never happens to me, LOL). It was Lucky's first day and she was somewhat forced to my room bc Alyssa got too busy.

Went to visit Alyssa today as it was a nightmare on Feb 1st AM with other mongers and Alyssa trying to juggle too many things.

I can back Casanova's post a couple below. Shanghai was awesome. I'm a new monger but easily some of the best service I could have imagined.
