If you and she agreed on a time, at that point you had a confirmed appointment. You are right to be disappointed and upset. There is no reason for her to bail on you so late in the game in the morning if a 9:30 appointment. I have had it happen to me. Everyone will at some point.

This provider used to be at least tolerable but, in current conditions her patients has shortened even more. I was traveling here from Kentucky and was in constant contact with her however, I spend a lot of time on the road and told her that I would like to try to meet up with her but, as in life things come up. This is an interesting situation. We have the same provider, advertising on two different ad spaces that targets different demographics, with different price points for each platform.
