Many places want +$200. Only a few are worth it. In the past I was a noob and coughed up more than I should have more than a few times. Now when I monger, I ask for a line up. Whatever the house is, if I see what I like, I hand them $140-160. They'll make a fuss, try to negotiate, and squeeze you. It's take it or leave it. As long as you don't start anything or have agreed to a service beforehand I've never not gotten my money back if they try to backtrack.
