Short answer is Google reverse image search is the best single source. Keep in mind that reverse image searching, regardless of which service you use, can only index public data. If for example her IG account is public it can be indexed. If she has it set to private it can't.

So its not magic and the vast majority of your image searches will not return any hits. But if a pic is out there in the public interwebs somewhere Google has the best odds of finding it though since they are in the indexing business already. There are others like Tineye, Yandex, Bing, etc. They might come up with a hit here or there but its rare they find one that google doesn't.

There is a chrome plug in called RevEye that will search multiple sources at the same time (Google, Bing, Yandex and Tineye). I use this a lot just for the hell of it, its still just one click and every once in a blue moon yandex might come up with something.

Never pay for any service, nobody has deeper tentacles than Google and it's free.

What is the best tool you have found? I think this is a good tool to sift out some, but not all, scammers.
