The provider may list a phone number, Instagram account, etc for ways that you can contact them. Some websites, platforms may allow you to email the providers directly if you are also a member of that platform.

Independents do not work at AMPs, will at least most do not. I hope you know what AMP is? I only know of one provider that also works at an AMP but she mainly advertises as an independent. I recommend you read through each of their ads throughly because they may want you to send a proper introduction and request before they will schedule your appointment. Some may say to read their ads throughly before contacting them because they do not want to answer questions about prices or services when it's already listed.
