One Enclave girl told me the Booker charges 15% or the girl can pay him a daily rate for the apartment instead. She didn't tell me the exact daily rate (I didn't ask either) but she said it's basically the same as a standard hotel room.

It's not either or, it's both! Girls pay 15% booking commission and the daily rate for a room at the apartments. Current and some former Enclave girls I've kept in touch with have confirmed this.

Some girls have expressed their frustration with the bookers on this. They feel often times the bookers are more interested in collecting a room rental fee than actually booking appointments. From what I've been told the room fee varies depending on how many girls want to work on a given day and how busy that time of the month or year gets, but average seems to be around $$. The girls are not forced to work out of the apartments but if they choose to get a hotel room, it has to be approved by the bookers because it has "to meet the standards of their clientele" LOL. Of course, these booker approved hotels are always more expensive than the apartment rental fee.

Honestly my 1st time with Leahbelle / Lexinova was one of my all time favorite sessions. She was super cute & flirty in a way that felt more like dating than pro. Even if it was fake, it's still a good experience. And at the end of the day, all we are doing is paying for memorable experiences.
