Haven't been there recently, but would assume with an overall lack of quality ladies working, economy softening, and LE cracking down in other jurisdictions that their is just soft supply of working girls. You made a good choice to bail. I would only ever consider seeing someone in Glendale or Oak Creek IF (and that's a huge IF) I have seen them multiple times before and services are not discussed over the phone / text. Even then I would probably pass or get them to meet me in a more friendly jurisdiction at a hotel of my choosing, hell maybe even the Key.

There was a sting in Glendale around 2019 that netted some John's and cited some people for escorting without a license. Port Washington Rd in Glendale has a history of human-trafficking related calls into the police.

TL; DR Don't P2 P in Oak Creek or Glendale. Given the risk and quality here you're better off investing more time and going to Chicago or meeting with a highly reviewed woman on tour.
