Absolutely right on. It it is a common tactic used by LE. I almost walked into a sting a couple years ago while traveling to a different city. I sensed something wrong after I was asked to pick up some cigs and when I walked in and was asked for the smokes I played dumb. The lady I asked what I wanted, I said I'm tired. Had myself a couple of dreams this week with two local providers to Dayton.
