Hey I posted about her on Christmas, same experience but no roaches then. It's rare to find BB CIP for $100. If you're nasty like me, she's worth it, but if you're worried about the cat piss, cat poop, odor from her, this is not your provider. All that being said, she did not have any drama, was very businesslike, safe location.

Different people vibe differently.

Maybe my short conversation with her was just at the wrong time. I never start dreaming the hr with someone new cause there's just too many unknowns and possible ways you end up regretting it. To each their own and congrats on your new regular. She looks attractive.
