Since early time of sugar dating site and before Covid, there was no OF or fansly like so called Social Media influencer sites where girls can just make money for nude pics and porn vids. Between 2013 to pre covid was the peak / golden time for SDs with decent monthly cash to spend on SBs. Even average looking SD would get couple of SBs easily within a month of subscription.

During same time, the average number of desperate SDs or simps paying SBs huge cash was low (my observation) and that changed during covid (Covid money or ppt cash flow changed desperate SDs and they ruined the game). Combine this with rise of * Fansly and Porn sites (like pornhub) allowing individual girls to do porn with their choice of partners and make money.

Rise of PayPigs made many SBs millions and they brought other girls in the market with high expectations (well my other friends makes 1000 a week argument) and that created an illusion for regular girl on the block that they just found a lottery machine that any pretty girl can have with cost of privacy and discretion, which for most wasn't the issue at all. (Human mind is extremely vulnerable).

Rise of SDs paying 5. 00 + per meet or even more took new comers and good looking ones out of the game for average SD.

Sugar subscription also got expensive over time compared to what it used to be for monthly rate.

Then we have now regular girls on Sugar sites who think Man should just pay them for merely their existence. LOL.

Social media has definitely made it worse, but there's always been guys paying more, regrettably.
